OK SO DO I JUST KEEP STRUGGLIN FOREVER OR GIVE UP#rn im gonna try & embrace my Wack circadian rhythm. i have hypersomnia too so ?? do i LET myself oversleep cuz Need or IS THAT THE DISORDER#but im gonna try & work w myself; go to bed Late and wake up Late & make bedtimes that work for Me & not what NTs say#tonight is 2am - 12pm which is 10 hours: less than i get naturally but probably enough & more than NTs say i should#bc if i try to wake up early i either do & nap later and Fuck it all up or hit my alarm til 2pm#but being realistic & setting the alarm later?? may work??#i also genuinely Hate waking up and feeling like half the day is wasted but im never productive before 4pm AT LEAST#ughhhhh so yea. bitches who say make urself sleep @ 7 & wake up at 5am!! exercise & shower daily! create a routine & stick to it!!#HOW MUCH OF ME SAYING I CANNOT IS TRUE AND HOW MUCH IS DEFEATISM#HHHHHHHH LIKE??
